Their Capture My Wedding Story Began at Crabwall Manor
Georgina and Jon first contacted Chester Wedding Photographer, Laura-Louise of Capture My wedding having seen me at the Crabwall Manor wedding fair.
Chester Wedding Photographer Captures the all Important Bridal Preparations
Georgina’s bridal preparations took place at her Parents house along with her five Bridesmaids twin-sister Phillipa, Sian, Gem, Amie and Nat and flower girl Brooke. Keeping everything calm and on track were Mother of the Bride, Shelley and Father of the Bride, Kevin and Brother, Sam.
A large number of family and friends had travelled north from their home in South Wales, to share George and Jon’s wedding day with them in Chester.
Capture My wedding at St James’ Church, Ince, Cheshire
The weather was proving changeable throughout the morning preparations, so I took the opportunity to photograph the beautiful St James’ Church in the Idyllic village of Ince ahead of the ceremony, just incase the rain arrived as the Bride and Groom exchanged vows.
Back at the house, the hairdresser, Marie and make-up artist, Sophie worked hard to create all of the looks for each of the Bridesmaids and the Bride. I must say that the hairdresser, Marie Hewitt of Artisan Hair worked her magic and created one of the most beautiful hair “up-do’s” that I have seen in twelve years of working as a Chester Wedding Photographer.
Georgina’s dress was absolutely beautiful when it was on a hanger, so I knew once she had it on, her look would be complete.
Arriving at St James’ with Father of the Bride
I wasn’t surprised when the Father of the Bride, Kevin proudly walked his daughter down the aisle, many guests commented on how stunning Georgina looked as she clung to her Dad; she certainly did shine!
Georgina made eye contact with her future Husband, Jon and took time to see her newborn Son, Jax on her way down the aisle. He was fast asleep having been busy all morning supporting his Daddy along with the two best men, Jamie & Mark and Page Boy, Tyler.
A Wedding ceremony & service with a personal touch
With a church packed with family and friends, Dan Towle, who had travelled all the way from Wisconsin, delivered a heart warming reflection, speaking about love and marriage. It certainly was a teary moment and one which meant the world to Georgina and Jon.
When we left church it had begun to rain, so we captured some immediate family photographs in the church doorway and then Chester Wedding Photographer, Laura-Louise set off for Crabwall Manor Hotel, Chester.
The Bride and Groom were transported in a luxury Rolls Royce to their stunning wedding venue Crabwall Manor.
Sunshine and Laughter with Capture My Wedding at Crabwall Manor
Once we arrived at Crabwall Manor, Capture My Wedding was blessed with intervals of sunshine and Chester Wedding Photographer, Laura-Louise took full advantage of the dry weather as we embarked on the group photographs.
Once completed we then headed in to see the eagerly awaited Conservatory which had been decorated by the very talented Colette from Couture Chair Covers.
The Bride and Groom had arranged a fabulous Photo Booth for fun and laughter with their guests before Dancefloor Couture DJ, Mike Lewis entertained the guests with dance floor classics before a hog roast buffet and cake by Kelly Gaskin kept everyone’s energy up for an evening full of celebrations and dancing!
A huge heartfelt congratulations and thank you to Georgina and Jon for choosing me as your wedding photographer and may you have a lifetime of happiness ahead of you as a family with the gorgeous Jax!
Keep in touch!
